Supporting new mothers

The Parenting Program at the Conejo Valley Adult School in Thousand Oaks is expanding to offer classes specifically for expectant moms. The new Pregnancy, Perinatal and Newborn Program includes a class designed to prepare pregnant women and their partners for labor and delivery, a class for newly pregnant women, a class on how to parent a newborn and instruction in breastfeeding.
