Spelling Bee home quiz

Have you ever watched or attended a Ventura County Spelling Bee and thought "Hey, I know these words?" Well now is your chance to find out how you would do against the county's top spellers. This video is the actual first round test from the 2012 Ventura County Spelling Bee. All participant were required to take this test and the top scoring spellers then moved on to the final rounds held at California State University, Channel Islands. With this year's bee just around the corner, the Star is now giving you a chance to test yourself. Give it a try. Challenge your kids, friends, spouse, etc. Whatever you do... Have fun and good luck!
