A man was killed Thursday in an explosion at an alternative fuel business in a Simi Valley industrial area, about 18 months after a similar incident was reported there, officials said. Authorities evacuated businesses within a half-mile radius of Realm Industries, 480 E. Easy Street, amid concerns of a possible second explosion.
