Luis Perez, a professional guitar player, is directing students from DeAnza Academy of Technology and the Arts and children enrolled in the Bell Arts Factory Youth Arts Project in the "Dawn of Mankind," which he described as "ritual theater." "Dawn of Mankind" will be presented at 4 p.m. June 5 at the Community Room of the Bell Arts Center, 432 N. Ventura Ave., Ventura.
