Hit and run victim seeks your help

This car rear ended our car hard and then ran from the scene at Kanan Road off 101 on Friday June 22nd, sometime between 1 and 1:30 pm. The driver was a young man probably in early 20s. He said he would drive into the shopping center, but ran out of the shopping center without getting out of his car. The front of his car must have been damaged since there were shattered glasses left on the street. This is a distinctive car and his license plate starts with #6 and the 5th letter is M. Hope he will come forward to take the responsibility for the damage he caused to the other car. The estimate of the damage was $2500-$3500 according to a garage certified by the insurance company.
