Keller Williams Realty leases more Westlake Village space

Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura commercial real estate firm has negotiated an office lease for Keller Williams Realty to expand in Westlake Village.

Lee & Associates said Keller Williams has leased a 14,071-square-foot space at 30700 Russell Ranch Road and next to a site proposed for retail use. The seven-year lease is worth about $2.2 million.

Gary Cohen of Lee & Associates represented Keller Williams.

The space will include a career development center, lounge area, call centers and offices for home purchasing services.
