Clearly.

She got her paws on the Batphone.

Called the Grand PooPaw.

And swiping claws together sprayed censorship all over our pretty little garden.

My vines are wilting.

Snickers??? hello???

And what; pray, TELL!; did Snickers say that was so bad her entire existence was removed?

Does the truth hurt? Snickers told nothing but the truth as she knew it, that was her style. Censorship should never be the acceptable norm.

I guess I'm next, huh?

C'est la vie.

Perhaps it's because it might be a bit *too* warm.

Can't say I blame them.

Good observation, EZ ... but then it may be that the earrings were positioned that way intentionally, with each position putting out a certain message. The first position resembling a sword, fitting the more masculine attire and business-like image; the second, a cross, for the more feminine dress and leisurely image. But then again, like you often say, EZ ... not sure. :)

Sarie writes:

Good afternoon all,

Like Luvee and the rest of you, I too WAS going to say that I'm also surprised that Snicker(s) is all gone, "poof" ... not that I saw what she had posted this morning and I do trust Gretchen more than most ... but now she's back! :)

TM, I finally got the courage to read your post of last night after having been scared off by the very sight of that word ... hey, good for you and your girlfriends, glad to read that!

And hey Trick ... wow, thanks for the very warm greeting last night ... hmm, hope you're well. :)

"Honorable mention" for me eh, EZ? Gosh, that's what I got when my ballet instructor had me audition for the San Francisco Ballet Theater way back when I was still a junior in high school ... oh well, better honorable than no mention, thank you. :)

Cooler today, yeaaaaa! Hope it stays that way.

Dodgers game on at 1pm ... :)

Oh and, yes, good Q, Blondie -- where the heck IS Jacobin these days?? Reigning terror (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jacobin) elsewhere maybe? :)

Oh and also, expect Smack is back from his vacation ... and Pearler/Rib busy working on their house? :)

Okay, that's it from me for now, stay cool everyone...

Sarie writes:

Hey Blondie, that's really good of you to be concerned about Jacobin like that ... I suppose I can share your sentiments. :)

Gosh, I don't shop Lassen's too often, but when I do next I'll check out their Cilantro Pesto pizza.

Wishing you a good day at work ...

Sarie writes:

Watching the Dodgers game and surprise surprise, Loney hit a home run (third one of the year). :) Kemp got thrown out for saying something (objecting to a pitch to Ethier that was called a strike but was a ball?) from the dugout. Manager Mattingly furious about it all but not enough to get ejected as well ... or was he, not sure. Anyway, back to watching it, 2-3, 4th inning, hey again all. :)

@Sarie, chuckles, good one! Tips hat for a very creative stretch of imagination.
If Mr. Tom Lynn (photographer) wants to roll with you on that story/excuse,
I'll humbly sit here corrected and extend to all readers an apology for my being so naive and unsophisticated. like anyone even asked or that my opinion matters -------------------------------------------------------> right

4-3 now, with a 2-run HR by the kid, Ramirez ... hey looks like they can win w/out Kemp in there after all. Okay, that's all ... like Blondie said, carry on. :)

Aw, EZ! You KNOW your opinion ALWAYS matters to me!

And on that subject, what is your definition of 'assume'? Is it the same as mine? 'Cause there's a lot of that going around lately; all aimed in one direction and I just want to ensure that its use is correct.

I don't want to make any assumptions!

Thanks, EZ. :) Me, creative?? Okay, sure. :) And sure to the rest of what you say here, but no need to apologize being that you're a guy and so wouldn't know about these things like the creative use of earrings and such ... I guess. :)

Back with a Smack attack! Going fishing with my brother this evening, down at the beach ( Oxnard). Great fun with my daughter and family, went to Shasta Caverns, Sundial Bridge, Sacramento River walk and the highlight of the trip Weed Calif. I have a buddy who owns a restaurant there. Was a long trip back from Weed about 91/2 hr drive.

Sarie writes:

Wow, Mattingly is being interviewed now and all Kemp said was, "Let's go, Dre (Andre Ethier)." So what if he said this after the umpire asked for some quiet from the dugout. To throw a player out just for cheering for a team mate is TOO much. Mattingly is going to take this to the league for inquiry. Good for him. :)

A recent poll on Obama approval ratings left me asking a few questions...

A. 36% approval on economy

B.37% approval on job creation

C. 30% approval on budget deficit

A & B are objective and depend on one's situation.

C...here's the questions...Is 30% of this country that stupid? Who thinks a $5,000,000,000,000 addition to the national debt in 3.5 years is a good thing? Do these people that approve understand this is not Monopoly money?

I fear for this country and it's selfish behavior that will leave future generations in despair.

I tend to agree and understand, but it shouldn't be that way.

The greatest generation ever, left the reins to the baby boomers, and they selfishly took without giving. Now it's considered normal to take and not give...friggen sad.

I don't worry for myself, I'd be fine living under a bridge...I worry for mine and everyone else's children that did not create this mess.

While Liberals are redefining the word "fair", I ask how is it fair to leave our children, grandchildren, great grandchildren...this mess.

It's not.

Pearler, speaking of the putting up of some things made "illegal" ... starting on Monday my hanging bird feeder needs to come down. And stay down, darn. Exterior repainting is being done at my apartment complex here, during which all nails are being removed and the hanging of things, such as birdfeeders, plants and the like, will no longer be allowed. Ah well, I think I'll get an urn-shaped planter w/varigated needlepoint ivy to replace the birdfeeder as an extra personal touch on my balcony. Otherwise, it's just my few neat Smith & Hawken teak wood furniture pieces ... and my cats. :)
